Herein this Agreement the Independent Filmmaker is the “Producer”.

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the above named Production Company and Producer (hereafter called the “Producer”), and the above named Stunt Performer (hereafter called the “Stunt Performer”).

1. The Producer hereby engages the Stunt Performer to render services in conjunction with the above named Project (hereafter called the “Project”), to perform such activities as required by the Producer and further described in the shooting script for the Project and detailed in Appendix “A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Producer hereby engages the Stunt Performer as an “Independent Stunt Performer” to perform the services set forth herein, and the Stunt Performer hereby accepts such engagement.

2. The Producer shall carry any and all Injury and Liability Insurance for the Stunt Performer on any and all stunts listed in Appendix “A” including any and all insurance coverage that may be required to cover any and all other Personnel on the Set and/or Location. The Stunt Performer shall have the right to inspect the Producer’s insurance coverage before any and all stunts detailed in Appendix “A” are performed.

3. The Stunt Performer shall not sign any contracts for or on behalf of the Producer nor the Director nor the Project in any way nor manner whatsoever.

4. The Stunt Performer will commence duties on ______________, 20__ and continue until _____________, 20___. Consumption of Drugs or Alcohol before or during the Stunt Performer’s time on the Project will command immediate dismissal from the set and Project.
