Herein this Agreement the Independent Filmmaker is the “Producer”.
1. The above named and below signed Person in Photo, hereby grant the Producer permission to use the Person in Photo likeness in a single photograph or multiple photographs in any and all of the Producer’s publications world-wide, including Internet and website entries.
2. The Person in Photo understands that she/he shall receive ______________ compensation for her/his skill and services as the Person in Photo for the above named Project.
3.The Person in Photo further understand that by accepting this one time compensation and granting this permission the Person in Photo is irrevocably giving up all rights and claims to monetary compensation for any future uses of this Project by the Producer(s) and her/his/their Company(s), heirs, successors or assigns.
4.The Person in Photo understands and agrees that these materials will become the property of the Producer and will not be returned.
5. The Person in Photo hereby irrevocably authorizes the Producer to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo(s) for purposes of publicizing the Producer’s Project or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, the Person in Photo waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein the Person in Photo likeness appears.
