Every year thousands of hard-working, well-meaning producers of film, music videos, documentaries, shorts etc. do not get their product exhibited other than the opening night. And an opening night is usually for friends, relatives and local dignitaries.

Why after all the effort do these products collect dust and not income?

Because the Producers were so caught up in their project’s artistic merit that they forgot that they were producing a commercial product for consumer consumption.

Hence, every person, identifiable commercial product, recognizable landmark, business etc. must be released of liability for exhibition. No signed release and an any individual identifiable in your project can seek an injunction to stop the release of your product until the proper contracts releasing the producer of liability are signed.
