Question by Susie: Where to find legitimate investors who invest in the entertainment industry in the United States?
The company is a start-up multi-media entertainment company comprised of a record label, book publishing and film/ TV production. The company is located in Atlanta, Georgia and is incorporated in the State of Georgia. The state, local, and city government in Georgia are spearheading a massive push to make Georgia – especially Atlanta one of the top three choice cities for entertainment productions. As a result, Atlanta is very favorable to the growth of the next generation of entertainment companies. We are strategically placed to capitalize on this wave of exciting growth. We are partnering with various companies establishing our own distribution, marketing, and promotional networks. We are seeking to raise US$ 10,000,000.00 through the company’s private offering to facilitate the purchase of property to house the company’s offices and facilities, to hire staffing jobs – industry and non-industry, and to move into production of 3 recorded music projects, 3 book projects, 1 television series, and one film project.
The company’s Investor Fact Sheet, Executive Summary, Private Placement Memorandum, 5-Year Cash Flow Projection, and 5-Year BreakEven Analysis Projections are available upon request. The company’s Business Plan of Action is made available with a signed NonDisclosure Agreement as it contains specifics of our projects and operating plans.

I have not figured out how to be able to answer the responses given, so I am responding here – Thank you. I have tried several sites as referenced including those mentioned. The problem with these sites is that the legitimacy of the investors is not verified. So, they are a breeding ground for the fraudulent entities.

You can do an investor search on one of a couple of website that have advanced investor searches for venture capital or private equity (or Angel Investor Groups). Search first by Industry (Media in your case) then filter by location (the closer to Atlanta, where you’re located, the more like a private investor n a private company will be interested….private investors like venture capital firms usually like to invest in private companies like yours in your
