Description
As an Independent Filmmaker, (a.k.a. the Producer of a/your Project), you will be auditioning independent Wranglers for your Project. As an independent the Wrangler is not an employee, nor partner, nor agent of the Producer and/or of the Production Company.
The Wrangler is in charge of all Extras on the set. The Wrangler brings Extras to and from the set as directed by the Director.
The Wrangler is responsible for the quiet decorum of the Extras while in the holding area, ensuring that noise and any other disturbances do not hinder the shooting schedule.
Signing this contract the independent Wrangler is assigning any and all Rights to their work performance over to the Producer.
This Agreement between the independent Wrangler and the Producer is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend. This is a three page, twelve clause legal Agreement. The Agreement may be filled in on your computer or printed out and filled in later.
