Question by Candle Jack needs more rope: Film based camera?
I’m taking a photography class, and we are using both digital and film based camera’s. I already have a digital camera, but I need a film based one. What’s the best kind to get? I do plan to keep using it after I graduate from High School(I’m a junior if it matters).

Nikons are the best and keep on going because they are very well built. They can be expensive but the costs may have come right down and you should be able to get a good price for a second hand one now digital is so popular. Think about whether you want a fully automatic or one that you can have some control over the speed or aperture. If you are taking a photography class you will be better off with one that isn’t completely automatic because you will have more control over the photos you take.
