Entertainment Central joins the big league
Solar Entertainment’s big bosses Wilson Yu Tieng and Peter ChanLiong formally announced last week the big switch that is happening on local television—the media company’s flagship channel ETC would move to RPN 9. It has begun airing on the free channel yesterday.

Blade Runner Sequel in Development?
It appears that a sequel to Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner is on the way. Alcon Entertainment has set plans to develop a franchise based on the original 1982 film and are in final negotations to secure the rights (which, interestingly enough, would not allow them to remake or reboot the original).
