The Collegiate Nationals Film School Championships The audience AND Judges choice for best film. The Winners: The Art Institute of Seattle. Twenty top film schools from across the country were invited to come to San Diego for the first of it’s kind Collegiate Fime School Championship. The filmmakers were given a script and loose in San Diego for 60 straight hours. They could only use resources found in San Diego with the exception of cameras and camera equipment.
