This is a short film demonstrating the case scenario when Deaf students are denied by the school districts from attending schools for the Deaf (4201 schools) in NY. because of the passing of Cuomo’s proposal. Hooked: A lonely fisherman keeps a daily diary documenting his love life. Every day he asks a new girl on a date but each time it ends in rejection. Today however is different, and the diary decides to take matters into its own hands by acting as the fisherman’s personal wingman. This short film was shot on the Canon t2i on the kit lens. We used the indislider for the dolly shots and a bounce for light. This film was shot as a Final for a freshman film class at Biola University we hope to submit it to festivals in the future.
