Question by polo_05_polo: Help with a theisis?
For an essay focusing on Roosevelt’s “Confession of Faith” speech of August 6, 1912, as excerpted on pp. 86-93 in the Flehinger book, choose two major, distinct positions Roosevelt took in the speech. Then, construct an argument explaining how these positions compare or contrast to the positions taken by the other presidential candidates in 1912 on the same issues. Please use only the Flehinger reader as a documentary source and be sure to cite the documents you use.
Ok so i know the two main points, basically im gonna chose the canidates stand on trusts and monopolies, and their stand on direct democracy. Anyone know how i can say this in a theisis?

when talking about Roosevelt please keep in mind that he imprisoned thousands of Americans of Japanese decent. If you think this is not racist then ask yourself why he didn’t imprison the thousands of Americans who were of German decent.
