Broadway-Aimed Revival of Funny Girl to Debut at L.A.’s Ahmanson Theatre in 2012
Jule Styne and Bob Merrill’s 1964 musical Funny Girl, which had been announced to parade back to Broadway in 2012, will first debut in Los Angeles as part of the Center Theatre Group’s 2011-12 season. Tony Award winner Bartlett Sher will direct.
