Question by The Right Stuff: Does anyone know where I can purchase a dvd copy of this ” Universal Horror ” Kevin Brownlow Film ?
I recently saw part of an excellent documentary entitled ” Universal Horror ” . This film was shown on the Chiller Channel on TV and was apparently directed in 1998 by the reknowned film historian & director Kevin Brownlow.
I would love to be able to purchase a dvd copy of this outstanding film which meticulously traces the history of the Universal Horror Film genre.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a dvd copy of this ” Universal Horror ” Kevin Brownlow Film ?
Thanks, Linda — I had heard that it was included in the Universal ” Monster Legacy ” DVDs that were issued to be sold in the UK but I did not know that it apparently had been on TCM ?

I have searched the web and I don’t see it anywhere. Sorry.
They have been known to change the titles I wonder if this came out under a different name?
I founnd something on it and I don’t think it is on DVD yet.

The story behind Universal Studios legacy of classic horror films. Could be hard to find. Currently not on Amazon and reported to be out of print in the UK. Might be best to find used. It does show on Turner Classic Movies.
