i m planing to shoot some movie with NTSC camcorder from usa , it is possible ? is there problems doing that

Ok you are going to use a NTSC camera in europe, then what? Editing in on a computer wont be a problem they dont care, You do not say what camera it is so its hard to answer much of your question.
If you want to watch it on a TV in europe, most new TV’s will switch between the formats.
The camera will work in europe, most of the better makes the power supplies will work on 240v just check on your charger it should read something like 110-240V the only problem will be the plug, you will need to get a converter for europe, and one for the UK most of Europe use pins the states uses blades, and the UK uses another one
