In an effort to promote community discussion on bullying in the Kern River Valley, a free community screening of ‘Out in the Silence,’ a documentary the Philadelphia Inquirer characterized as “stunning,” will air Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1:00 p.m. at the Reel Cinema in Wofford Heights.
