hi im looking for course or programs in the los angeles county that offer film, video production and such to take. Please tell me or give me the website of where to go to and again it has to be free or charge a little… thanks i appreciate it…

You won’t find free film or photography programs, but community colleges are the cheapest programs you can find.

What ever you decide, do not, not, NOT take an online film or photography class. That is strictly a hands-on kind of class.
