Question by »»»EdMan«««: How come I remember my dreams now in days (more details, if anyone is willing to take their time to read)?
alright, I’m a 19 year old Chicano (Mexican-American) living in NYC. before, I just went to sleep & woke up the next day without remembering what I dreamt, but on rare occasions I would remember what I dreamt, but then forgot it again. but ever since my psychiatrist prescribed to Lexipro 20MG (I’ve started off with 10MG but then she put 10MG more since 10MG didn’t work that much), I’ve been remembering most of my dreams. here’s a list of the several dreams I’ve remembered of….
1st dream- I’m walking around a large swimming at least 10-20 feet deep, then brother comes out of nowhere & takes my iTouch! from me & throws it into the pool & without thinking, I jump in to save my iTouch!, but once I dive in, I wake up all scared.
2nd dream- I’m back in high school in class watching a video in my iTouch!, then teacher calls me up to answer a question on the blackboard, I go back to my desk & see that the deans confiscated it so I wake up scared.
3rd dream- I lost my bookbag which had my Nintendo Wii in it & looking for it in the local library. my filmmaking teacher from a filmmaking program I attend & this girl that had a crush on me in high school both worked in the library.
4th dream- I was in the local pizzeria from my high school years with my homie.
5th dream- I was walking in the city with my homies & an unknown girl. then I walk into the subway & see two old homeboys on the way.
6th dream- me & my brothers having all Toy Story toys but Mom wants to sell them or throw them away but for some reason, I shrank to toy size to save all the toys.
7th dream- my homie wanting to stay over for the night since it’s already late but my Mom won’t let him & she says with an attitude that because she doesn’t want to.
8th dream- back in high school, but two closest homegirls always sneaking up behind me & throwing me down playfully. then walking with my old crew & they still at it but this time in the front of the school in the grass. then the crews somehow disappears without a trace & then a very old homeboy comes & hugs one of my homegirls like if they dating but the girl is dating someone else.
does anyone knows what does all these dreams mean? like, I don’t get it how come I’m starting to remember all my dreams. is it because I’m taking anti-depressants? please, I want to figure this out.
P.S: I want honest & mature answers, nothing childish (e.g: “you’re going crazy”; “are you dumb or mentally retarted?”; etc). please, answers to help me find out the answers for this. Thank You!

im not too sure, but i might noe wat the itouch dreams deal with.
the itouch represents so,ething serious/important to u, and the other people in ur dreams noe
its important, but like pulling ur strings.
try, in the morning, pondering over your dream, write down all of teh details in a journal, and
try and make a chart to trace back to where the dreams lead.
