Question by Joey: i don’t wanna do nothing!! i need help?
ok so im 15 years old and about to go into my junior year of high school, as you know its when you have all the pressure on you to choose your college, there is so many things i like to do and im intrested in and i am just confused.
i want to have something to do with the entertainment buisness i just don’t know what. i like learning about celebrities and such. i also like drawing house for tv shows. i know it sounds weird but its one of my hobbies. i like to design floorplans and the interior of house for shows like the real world, and the bad girls club, i also like photography, documentary and production, event planning, public relations, things to do with magazines and fashion and love to travel.
right now i live in upstate new york in a VERY small town, i deffintly want to move out of here and into a city where there is always people and something to do, i hate the snow also but i can live with it, i want to go somewhere in life and make good money but not have to be in an industry where its never possible to get into unless you know a person who knows a person who knows a person etc. im not sure what to do!
i would really love to be part of MTV’s The Real World but i don’t know if it would be possible for me to work for the show. please help me because i don’t know what i should go to college for and i really need to start thinking. thanks!

The great thing about college is that you don’t have to declare your major until you’re a junior in college!
The best thing I would do right now is to find a good school that has a wide variety of things (a liberal arts college perhaps) so that you can take classes in EVERYTHING. Most people don’t even know what they want to do until after their sophomore year. So don’t worry about that! But try narrowing down your choices by using this search engine. It’s a must-have for anyone who doesn’t know where they want to go to college.
