I’m pretty sure I want to major in finance or economics but things can change. How does this sound? Also do you think I should take the AP exam in economics, so I don’t need to take intro classes in college.

When senior year rolls around, check the colleges you are most likely going to go to and see what credit they actually give for those AP tests. I took AP Macro last year, and it didn’t do anything for me at my university.
Many schools require 4 years of English in high school, so you should be taking it senior year as well.
