I am a very small filmmaker. I used to film with my brother. Now I have no resources. No actors, props, sets, editing, writers, anything. I need help to get on my feet. Can anyone give me tips on becoming a better filmmaker? There’s practically noone at my school who is into this. I all ready have some shows up on Youtube but, I get little to no views on them. How do I get more views? I’ve tried posting video responses to popular videos but that doesn’t work. What can I do?

Let your imagination run wild, with whatever you have or what you can get your hands on. That’s how you become a better filmmaker.
As for YouTube, all you need for a video to be popular is to insert a hot girl at the exact middle of your video so that it appears as your main icon.
