Question by sweet disposition: Where to find photography lessons as a high school student?
So this year I took photography I at my high school. I’m going to be a sophomore next year. Everyone used a film camera. There are 4 levels of the film photography program and there are no digital photo programs at my school. The teacher isn’t a good teacher that teaches in depth, but only the very basics (like shutter speed, and aperture, an that’s it). Everyone uses the dark room, and develops black and white photos. In college, I would like to major or minor in photography, but I would like to be more prepared before hand. I would like to take mostly digital photos. Where can I go to take more classes in photography? What are the high school requirements to be able to attend the Art Department in college? I’m very frustrated right now because I’m self teaching myself by reading books and articles, but I feel like I’m getting nowhere. =( Can u guys please help me?
the thing is I know the very basics of film camera, but I would like to learn more

You will still learn the same stuff using a film camera, its the same principles. Take that and apply it to a digital camera.
