I’m not sure I follow your question. Is there a specific filmmaker you’d like to see a biography on? ‘Cause, like tons of them have had documentaries made. Why don’t you go to imdb.com and type in the filmmaker you’d like to learn more about. For example, I saw this great documentary on Stanly Kubrick once. So, I’ll go to imdb.com, type in his name, scroll down to, “Himself – filmography”, and I see movies where he “played” himself. The top one is a documentary on him. Just use the same method for whoever you’re trying to learn more about. The site is great for just about everything about movies.
