Question by Ebony: What to do when I finish High School?
So recently i have been thinking about what i will do after I graduate High School (2010)..
I know that when I finish School I want to pursue a career in digital media, film etc. And will hopefully study at the ANU if i get accepted…
But the thing is, i have been thinking about doing a gap year in the U.S. Which will be about 10grand, and I’m not sure if that’s really what i want to do.
So the real question is do you recommend that i take a year off, after I finish school, or should i go straight to university (Providing i get accepted)…
Its really confusing me and some outside help would be much appreciated 🙂
Thanks in advance.

This really depends on you. Its a soul searching question. I myself am wondering about this. If you know you are going to be accepted don’t wait obviously because if you get a scholarship or grant, then you won’t need to pay as much. If you know what you want to do by summer’s end or graduation, and you don’t get accepted…then try getting into community college and if you don’t want to do that, then take the year off, but considering how the price for college are now, and how the economy is…the logical thing to do is go to college, but I said before, its your choice, some people aren’t cut out for the work in college, and some are.
