Question by Pam C: Would Sheridan College offer Animation and Film? Film as a Minor, Animation as a Major?
Hi, im fourteen years old, and im really worried about my future.
Im interested in animation, I’v done 15 second shorts, digital inking with Photoshop CS2, animations in Flash, and I own an animation disc and materials. Also I’v done murals for schools. Most of the people I know tell me that I should go into an art career.
Unfourtunatly I started enjoying film too, the camera angles, the scripts, and the acting. I’v even started making my own films with my camera (Mostly horror, because its more simple)
Animation and Film seem to have a lot in common. They both need storyboarding, scripts, and experssions. So I was wondering if by any chance Sheridan college offers both Film and Animation.
Im not sure if the concept of Majors and Minors are available in that college.

You mean in Wyoming. They don’t have a Cinema or Animation department. Consider going elsewhere
