Question by michaeldv610: Can I transfer to a university with an A.A. in Business and an A.S. in film production?
The only reason for the combination is because I would like to learn some technical aspects of film making and a better comprehension of business management so I can apply that knowledge to production guidelines as well as completing alot of general education classes to transfer. Even though I know it also varies on the school what would be the best way to find out if they accept the credits and what would be some of the higher ranking schools as far as Film production goes?

It depends on if the University accepts the AA/AS as a direct transfer degree. I am sure that at least some of your courses will transfer, but it is doubtful that all of them will. you will have to check with an advisor at the University you want to transfer to, though…but usually Universities accept AA/AS degrees as satisfaction of their general education requirements.
